Looking for an experienced administrative assistant to provide support to a small UK based non-profit organisation. We require ongoing help with the following: – Entry of payment information from spreadsheets into the organisations CRM. – Generating acknowledgement letters and emails from the CRM. – Exporting or compiling reports from the CRM. – Transcription of monthly meetings from audio recording. – Occaissional ad hoc administrative support. The ideal applicant would have the following skills or experience: – Experience with CiviCRM or similar CRM software. – Google suite, Excel spreadsheets. – Excellent communication skills. – Attention to detail. We require apprimately 10 hours support per month, but this may increase for the right applicant.
