Looking for assistant with experience in managing EZLynx software for personal and commercial lines agency. Assistant will be responsible for: Convert current client profiles to EZLynx from Hubspot and GSuite Keep current clients information up-to-date for details, policies, and applications Sync policies to comparative rater and run renewal quotes Manage client communication setting future emails Manage the unmatched and matched downloads pending Manage commission uploads and commission percentages for policies. Systems assistant will be using: EZ Lynx Google Suite – Drive, Gmail, Sheets, and Forms Hubspot
