About us: We are a start-up digital marketing agency looking for help with our day to day tasks such as Social Media Account Management, Fb Ads Research, creating google sheets and docs. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to us while working remotely. As an Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, client outreach, scheduling meetings and managing social media. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Zoom. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. Responsibilities: – Respond to emails and phone calls – Schedule meetings – Perform market research – Manage social media planning tools Requirements – Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role – Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and Notion – Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Google sheets and docs) – Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) – Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills – Excellent time management skills – Solid organisational skills – Fluent English
