We are looking for someone who is experienced with Odoo who can do ongoing data entry, basic accounts and admin work. It would require: Creating Purchase Orders to multiple suppliers and updating those Purchase Orders with relevant status updates (eg pricing changes, Import Application Approvals, Serial Numbers, Receiving Purchase Order on Odoo, Converting to Bill, Delivery updates, attaching relevant documents) Creating Quotations, Sales Orders and Invoices and applying relevant updates to them such as payments by clients, delivery updates, assigning serial numbers Inventory updates, stocktake, pricing updates, generate reports All of this will be based on specific product codes/SKU’s which must be followed. Experience with importing and exporting data via CSV/spreadsheets to make bulk changes such as prices/inventory It’s important that the candidate has some experience with Odoo and not require training on how to use basic Odoo functions. Experience with Zoho Books and Xero would be considered a bonus. The ideal person will be self-motivated, provide clear communication and updates, will be able to problem-solve and provide feedback on ways to improve our processes. We are looking for someone to start immediately and commit to 20-30 hours a week. We are based in Australia so we need to be available during our business hours.
