1. My transactions need to be inputted into quickbooks 2. They must be reconciled 3. Need receipts inputed into ‘related transactions’ 4. We have Clover pos. For all of our farmers market transactions, revenue, (some debit/cc, mostly cash), those transactions need to be inputted into Clover, and they need to be reconciled with our bank statements or have a similar action completed regarding them. 5. Some transactions of the approximately 250 have already been inputed but we need you to look at them, make sure they’ve been inputed correctly and categorized correctly. Months that have completed material include most of February-May and some of December and possibly April. I do need care to be taken to make sure all of the different categories are delineated. We are a farm, so they are numerous after all. 6. I also have some outstanding cash that I will need to input into our Clover POS and would need you to rectify those transactions too. 7. I have a parent company, the company was just a holder of my farm company, recently the bank account for my parent company closed my account due to inactivity (I had only opened it and deposited $5, just to hold the farm company) AND I had mistakenly deposited some funds from my job (online English teaching with VIPKID) and then realized it wasn’t a good idea to co-mingle funds. Need to rectify that situation. Also need to make sure my vehicle purchase was recorded correctly. The purchase was made by my stepfather, but the receipt was made out to my farm. I later paid my stepfather back with personal funds. But the vehicle is under the company’s name and want to depreciate that value over a few years. Will need to receive files from a dropbox app exchange. Will need to ccess our QB online account.
