Our hospitality business is looking for a offshore Bookkeeper/ payroll clerk to support our finance team. This person must be a solid accounting background. The ideal person must have undivided attention to details, organized, able to multi task and work under stress. Knowledge of intermediate to advance Excel and QuickBook online is a MUST!!! ADP workforce now is a plus. This job provides steady year round work between 10 – 20 hours a week. Core jobs include * Ongoing bookkeeping in Quickbooks online for multi company accounts * Payroll template Preparation and management in Excel. ADP workforce now experience preferred but not mandated * Client Billing & invoicing * Bank Reconciliations- General Bookkeeping * Data Entry for High turnover/seasonal business. * Other Various Accounting, Tax Preparation & Bookkeeping * GAAP accounting a plus * Other administrative task Other Requirements * Self Motivated- Multitasker- Good Customer Service Skills * Detail Oriented * Experience with Quickbooks. * Education or background in Business Administration, Accounting or computer science * Intermediate to advance Excel is a MUST HAVE!!!! Must be comfortable manipulating large data. Pivot tables, V-lookup, are mandatory !!! * Knowing VBA & or macros, Index match provides will be an advantage * Fast learner is mandatory * Problem Solver
