Build a Contact List of US Public High Schools, Lahore

I am looking for someone to do some internet research in order to build a contact list of US Public High Schools. Specifically, this list is for schools in states that require their students to take the standardized test called the ACT exam. The list should include: 1. State 2. City 3. School Name 4. Average ACT Score 5. # of Students Tested 6. Phone number 7. Website 8. Individual Contact Names 9. E-Mail Address The "Individual Contact" should be someone with a title like: 1. ACT Prep 2. Testing Coordinator 3. Guidance/counselor 4. College/Career Advisor 5. Assistant Principal As this standardized test is not used in all US cities, this mostly Google-based research should prioritize the following geographies: 1.Kansas 2.Louisiana 3.Mississippi 4.Nebraska 5.North Carolina 6.Wisconsin 7.Alabama 8.Hawaii 9.Montana 10.Nevada 11.North Dakota 12.Utah 13.Kentucky 14.Wyoming 15.Arkansas 16.Minnesota 17.Missouri 18.Ohio 19.Oklahoma 20.South Carolina 21.Tennessee Prior experience efficiently building these types of lists is a plus. My expectation is that it should take a researcher of intermediate skill approximately 10 minutes to find the necessary information per school. I’d like to generate at least 100 contacts a week, which should require about 20 hours. I believe there are about 1,700 schools to research; therefore, I expect this one project to require approximately 3 months to complete.
