I need help building a lead list of real estate buyers and investors for my real estate brokerage in San Diego, CA. This project consists of doing internet research and sales outreach on the lead list we already have as well as generating new real estate buyers and investors by doing online and social media outreach. Need someone who is great at reaching out to sales prospects by social media, email, and phone. You must have good written and verbal communication skills in English and strong organizational skills in order to keep our lists and CRM well-maintained. If this goes well, we will definitely have more lead generation, sales outreach, and lead nurture work in the future. Main Responsibilities for this project include: – Generate daily leads, research prospective clients/strategic partners, and gather information -Manage leads and support sales process to convert prospects -Manage internal database to maximize sales opportunities (using GoogleSheets and Pipedrive)
