The Customer Support Representative will resolve the issue to the best of their ability, being the primary point of contact until the transaction is back on track. The successful candidate for this role will be someone who can continuously display empathy and respect for our customers and be willing to go the extra mile to build a positive business relationship for the future. Job Duties: • Receives inbound calls for information from current and prospective members • Fulfilling member requests to mail our product agnostic Medicare guidebook materials. • Taking demographic information to establish member number for new members. • Help establish client number so material can be mailed. Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED Minimum Experience: 6+ month’s customer service/sales experience or successful completion of military service or 30 hours college credit Experience with high volume calls in a call Center
