I’m looking for a rockstar Lead Manager that speaks PERFECT English with an American accent. For this position, it’s very important that homeowners feel that they are dealing with a local company, which the business is built upon. If you fit this criteria and are someone who is willing to have a consistent and steady flow of opportunities, this is the job for you! Job Responsibilities: * The main goal is to set appointments for the Acquisition Managers * Lead Follow Up – Make follow-up calls to qualified leads to book appointments or to progress leads forward * Must be able to build rapport! * 50-80 Calls Per Day * Reach out to new leads that come via phone appointments booked for you by agents * Touch unscheduled new leads within 2 to 4 Hours * Complete daily tasks in the CRM * Occasional low volume cold calling to prospects Compensation: * $6-8/ Hour + $50 commission for each property we close on
