I’m very a competitive guy like I want to finish my job on time and I’ll always do my best to make satisfy my client. I’m also the best in Date entry and also in chat support back when I work in a company. I already have a year experience in this two job. I am energetic and team oriented with the ability to provide support and advice to customers and co-workers. I have excellent verbal skills with the ability to communicate my thoughts and information in a clear and easy to understand manner. I also have excellent writing skills with the ability to accurately and thoroughly record all information and correspondences. I possess active listening skills with the ability listen to what the customer is saying in order to determine exactly what the problem is and to get an idea of what may have caused the problem to occur. I have outstanding troubleshooting skills with the ability to determine the source of problems and then I have the ability to find the best solution to get the system back up and running smoothly again. I believe in providing the best possible service to everyone I encounter by taking that extra step to ensure they are satisfied before the conversation ends.
