We are looking for 2 Professionals to join our team and provide HOT Real Estate leads through Cold Calling. Are you up for the challenge? Responsibilities: – Cold Call prospects from Motivated Seller lists and leads. Be comfortable in having a conversation with a Motivated Seller – Create high quality, client-focused notes after speaking with the Seller to guide the follow up calls – Perform Admin functions such as Data Entry into the Podio CRM system, Run lead reports, Skip Trace lists, etc. – Be able to follow-up with Sellers and Buyers – Be available for an 18 to 20 hour work week as detailed in the schedule below, US EST business hours – Respond promptly within your assigned time slot if required (Instant Messaging). Requirements: – Similar experience in Cold Calling is important – Previous experience in Real Estate Cold Calling/Admin is required – Experienced in fearlessly calling Sellers/Buyers, etc. – Expresses Confidence, Enthusiasm, Optimism and Professionalism – Must be Results-Oriented, strive to be the best in order to leave a positive relationship with all types of clients – Strong communication skills; well spoken English is a must! Additional Info: – Opportunity to be paid Bonuses based on Transactions Closing! – PLEASE ATTACH A RECORDING USING A RECENT SCRIPT ** Important Details: We’re interested in hiring 2 Professionals to share the schedule: M-F: 11am-6pm EST, Saturday: 10am-5pm EST. We’re interested in 3 Hour daily shifts within this schedule for Cold Calling (either 11am-2pm EST/3pm-6pm EST M-F and on Saturdays either 10am-1pm EST/ 2pm-5pm EST ** Please take note of this and only apply if you can work within this schedule!
