Busy restoration company in need of a virtual assistant to help a collections & billing manager with multiple clients. Tasks include: -Research customer’s insurance claims to find claim #s and adjuster contact info. -Follow up calls and e-mails to insurance adjusters confirming they have received our invoice. -General assistance in expediting insurance claims and getting paid in a timely manner. -Occasionally fill in for other collections managers when they are out sick or on vacation. Needed for approximately 3 hours a day Mon-Fri. Preferably 3 sequential hours in the morning.
