What: You will be pasting links into a google sheet document. I’ve already gathered all the websites. So all you have to do is get the company’s social media links and more. I’ve attached what I’ve done so far. Who: This sheet is competitor research for a fitness business. You preferably have competitor research experience. Also, I must be able to understand you when you speak english, just in case. Where: I don’t care where you live as long as you can do a good job. Why: The point of the research document is to make it easy to track the competitors, see what they’re doing, etc. Why? So we can know what is working for them or not working for them so we can beat them. When: ASAP How: This is how I was doing it 1. From the website, get all their social media links (usually at the bottom) to paste in the Google Sheet 2. Search the company name on google 3. Opened relevant links I needed or made sense to put in the Google Sheet 4. Sometimes I would to have to google search something specifically to 5. If they don’t have something, then I would put a "N/A" 6. But I would try to search the company and that specific thing to see if they actually have that or not.
