Hi! I’m looking for a part-time lead generation assistant. – This job will consist of cleaning up my current email and creating an initial prospect list in Google Sheets from my past email campaigns – You will compile information in Google Sheets about the past prospects I have sent emails to, and put them into columns like name, email, phone number, website, and address, and city and if they responded to me, and if so, what did they say. – After you do this, you will follow specific instructions on how to find new leads and enter them into a Google docs form. – The lead generation will consist of looking through Google Maps in different cities in the U.S and entering information about parking lots. – The information that will be added into the Google Doc will be address of parking lot, names of the owners, email, phone number, and website associated with the owner of the parking lot. The parking lots may be owned by a small business, church, or an individual or company. This job will be approximately 20 hours per week with the potential for full time employment and a raise after 60 days.
