Currently use Excel for project management and I would like help with the following. If this was completed in Excel that would be great. Need to be able to make the edits in google sheets as that is the company standard so we can all access the doc on drive and work collaboratively. The attached was thrown together quickly to include most of the information that is required to be tracked. also looking to clean up the sheet for a more professional look as well. We use the PMI-PMP standards so that’s what the current sheets are based upon All action items should pull from the “itemized schedule WBS” automatically. Time entry sheet and rates should count against the budget. Dashboard to include Prefer Bar graphs to show percent complete or spent against total List of risks – Column to be added to each tab so any line item can be identified as a risk 2 week look ahead list of action items Status of what has been completed in current week. Total Percent complete in text and graph form Percent complete of each project phase. Percentage and number of items in LOM in each status. Start date, Due dates for each phase, and End Date List of Open RFI’s List of open items in change log Hardware – Budget spent vs total Services – Budget spent vs total Need to use this sheet to manage multiple projects and export status reports from the dashboard for the tasks completed in the past week and 2 week look ahead. I am open to suggestions as well.
