Administrative work for our Concierge Team. This includes: 1. Monitoring the email 2. Updating notes in our CRM (Salesforce) 3. Meeting preparation 4. Follow up emails to clients 5. Generate weekly reports for our team (includes Excel work) Requirements include: Strong Organizational Skills Strong attention to detail Timeliness and efficiency Strong Excel and reporting skills We are looking for 5-10 hours a week and this position could grow into a full-time position slowly over time for the right person.
