Hello! My name is Corey and we are looking for an awesome energetic person to handle scheduling for our customers! We install a high end decorative concrete coatings that last 30-50 years! Our floors are amazing and leave customers super happy! We need someone that can keep up with our pipeline of potential customers, this involves keeping them organized, responding to messages, making follow up calls, responding to their emails and texts, scheduling estimates and jobs. You will also be communicating with our sales department as well and keeping updated the product colors that are needed for each job. We are looking for a long term person that can work with us for years. We will give clear written directions, communicate in weekly meetings, and provide video training so you are set for success! Must be able to adapt and use the scheduling software and sales pipeline. Must be familiar with using google drive as well!
