We are offering an opportunity to assist us in customer service and support during our busy season. Must be the right cultural fit for our company. Must have a good work ethic, be accountability, kind, a problem solver with the willingness to learn, a positive get it done attitude and honest. The temporary position may be done working virtually: Answering calls, intakes new clients, scheduling sales routes, clears messages from voicemail, great customer service, checks emails, responds to clients in a timely fashion, respectful engagement with clients and colleagues, deals with clients that may need a problem resolved, makes sales lead calls, has clear and concise professional communication, makes calls for loop drops or pre trim calls, assists our admin and customer service departments when not busy with calls and scheduling, helps reschedule sales and our plant health care department, assists in renewals. We are looking at 30- 40 hours a week.
