Desired Skills and Experience: • 2-4 year college degree preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required • 2 years administrative experience or customer service experience strongly preferred • Strong personal accountability and organization skills required • High energy, outgoing personality/friendly and professional attitude. • Good oral and written communication skills. • Capable of preserving confidential or sensitive information. • Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills. • Excellent people skills to deal with customers, especially Adult and Seniors (age 50+) • Team player that can work well under pressure. • Must be flexible with start-up working environment. Patient Care Representative Job Duties: • Attracts potential patients by answering product and service questions, demonstrates product and ordering process knowledge • Opens new patient accounts by recording account information • Maintains customer records by updating account information. • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer returns. • Adheres to cGMP and HIPAA rules and regulations. • Answers main line phone calls, prepares minutes of meetings, coordinates appointments and calendar, and maintain files, compile and reproduce information and materials. • Conducts all activities in accordance with the highest ethical standards.
