We need a candidate to join our small team to answer customer emails quickly and efficiently. Our company receives hundreds of emails a day through 4 different online platforms and we need someone to take this role on. The role will include : answering emails and processing orders. We will need to work closely with you, while still being remote. You will need to have experience in customer service, problem-solving and be able to speak excellent English. Skills we need are the following: -Excellent and experienced in handling customer emails. – Quick at responding and working closely with our team. -Communication skills -Teamwork skill -Learning/adaptability skills -Organizational skills -Computer skills -Problem-solving skills -Open-mindedness Please note, this job can be longer than 6 months if you decide to stay with us.
