As a customer service agent you will be responsible for providing high quality customer assistance when responding to our client’s needs. Customer service agents are responsible for assuring speedy and accurate resolutions for each client. Responsibilities • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries • Ship outgoing packages • Order office/craft service supplies and keep an inventory of stock • Update calendars • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, printing, and faxing Requirements • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise • Excellent organizational skills
