Home-based Customer Service and Sales Representative needed. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, a good typist, flexible and reliable, responsible. You should be self-motivated and able to work independently. You must be ready to start work within 2 days since you will undergo a fast paced interview and training. You will be needed 5hours daily and only 5 times a week(week days). Schedule is flexible but preferably in the morning. Work hours range 6:30am to 2:30 a.m. This is an online remote job, so you are not required to resume at any fixed location or office and you will be working from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities * Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat * Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features * Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers * Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members * Inform customers about new features and functionalities * Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved Requirements * Little or No Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role * Little or No Experience using help desk software and remote support tools * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Multi-tasking abilities * Patience when handling tough cases * You must be located in Canada and this is an online job.
