We are a startup company based in Canada helping people post and find space, specifically for storage and parking. We are seeking a third customer service specialist who can handle chat support, email support and phone support for our clients. We are looking for someone with excellent English writing and speaking skills who wants to grow with our company. Your role will be helping people find space, encouraging Hosts to post on our platform and answering any questions and issues our clients have. The candidate will work up to 40 hrs. a week and your direct report will be based in the Philippines. You must have reliable internet connection to perform your daily duties. The candidate must be quick on their feet, willing to work during North American business hours OR coordinate with your colleagues to ensure that someone is always available to handle inbound inquiries. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, committed individual who is seeking a long-term position.
