Looking for an experienced cold caller for a minimum 3 month project. You will be responsible for making cold calls and taking notes of calls that turn into leads. You must have previous cold calling experience and using a dialer. General Requirements: – Cold Calling Experience – Bilingual (Must be able to speak English but English and Spanish is preferred) – Experience with using at least a triple line dialer – Great communication skills – Must be willing to work 40 hours a week and at least 5 days a week – Must be able to start on or before March 15, 2021 Length: – Minimum of 3 months but may be extended to a longer term contract if you are deemed a good fit and based your on performance over the initial 3 months. Hours of Operation: – Monday – Saturday (Only working 5 out of 6 available days) – 10 am – 7 pm CST ( 8 hour shift and a 1 hour break) Computer Requirements: 1. Operating System (OS) – Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 or higher or Chrome OS 80.0.3987.137 or higher. *Note Mac OS is not supported. 2. Processor – Intel Core i3 or AMD FX or equivalent dual-core processor, or better. 3. Memory – 4 GB RAM (or more). 4. Headset – A wired USB headset (any make or model that is compatible with your OS). *Note: Analog and Bluetooth headsets are not supported. 5. Network & Hardware Requirements – A NIC (Network Interface Controller) and network cable to make a direct, wired connection to an internet network (preferred) or – Wireless Wifi connection 6. Internet Network Connection and Speed – Access to a landline-based internet network (DSL, coaxial cable or fiber optic) with available upload speed/bandwidth of at least 250 Kb per second. *Note: Cellular internet connections are not supported. 7.
