SUSANCK Inc helps growth-stage startups build and scale data-driven marketing practices. Clients have included Ring, Harley Davidson, Tile, PAX Labs, Outdoor Voices, Hint Water, BluPrint, Habit, Liftopia, EverNow, and more. We’re looking for a customer success associate helping us build, evolve and improve the quality of our services and overall experience and success of our customers. You will: – Build weekly client decks with updated metrics, wins, and initiatives – Review Asana to ensure Tickets are complete, check-in with stakeholders when deadlines slip. – Triage inbound customer emails to the appropriate internal teams – Participate in team meetings to record notes and ensure follow-through on action items – Support a wide variety of ad hoc Customer Success initiatives, primarily around scalable projects You are: – A highly motivated individual with a desire to be in Customer Success – Ideally: Experience in digital / performance marketing – Are organized and self-sufficient – Are a true team player – Are a strong verbal and written communicator If selected, you’ll be asked to complete a paid test project to evaluate your skills.
