We have an open position for a Customer Support Assistant. You are to manage customer queries/complaints and be of help to assist in resolving them. You are required to work a maximum of 5 hours a day and minimum of 3 hours a day. You are required all through the week and we will work around a flexible working schedule that will be best suited for you. This is an online part-time job so you are not required to resume at any fixed location and you will be working from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities Handle Customer escalations Provide Customer Service via phone, email and chat Interact with customers on daily basis Processing orders, forms and purchase Weekly and daily reports on customers interactions, transactions and complaints.
