Looking for a capable, responsive person who enjoys making customers happy to help us with online customer support. Your primary responsibility will be handling emails, making our customers feel taken care of and solving problems in a timely fashion. Excellent reading and writing is a requirement, and the ability to absorb scientific or technical detail is also important. Other activities include administrative and troubleshooting work that comes with the territory. This could include chasing down transaction or shipping details across services, web research, light MS Word/Excel work and problem-solving. We’re still looking for the right fit and need someone who enjoys truly going out of their way to help people 🙂 This job requires 20-40 hours per week with flexible work hours. Qualities we’re looking for: * Experience, especially with tough to please customers * Responsiveness, available on Skype * Self-reliant, able to research and solve problems without direction * Good writing, reading, and communication (English) * Willing to tell us when and why we’re wrong * Offer solutions, not just point out problems * Judicious attention to detail Would be very helpful if you have the following: * Experience with WooCommerce, HelpScout, ShipStation, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite * Interest in personal health
