Who we are Starbond is an emerging E-commerce company looking for a Front-end Instagram Manager. The required candidate must be highly fluent, and grammatically proficient in English. Exceptional critical thinking, customer technical Support, relationship strategy, speed, accuracy, organization, and the ability to learn quickly are required for this job position. Responsibilities: -Provide Technical and General Customer Support via Instagram DMs. -Quick learner for Product knowledge. -Develop creative and engaging social media posts. -Manage the day-to-day handling of social media channels mainly Instagram. -Oversee, edit, schedule, and post content using scheduling tools like Agorapulse, etc. -Determine attractive and engaging headers and footers for the video content. -Graphic Design expert working to edit (user-generated) videos and image content for posting. -Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement. -Send outreach messages to Influencers for Collaboration and Product review on a fixed schedule basis. Job Requirements: -Grammatical proficient in the English Language. -Customer Technical Support Specialist. -Expert in Graphic designing to prepare posts and edit videos. -Expert in Relations with Influencers. -Typing speed around 50 w.p.m. with accuracy. -Experience in handling influencers and customers. -Experience with email marketing, flows creation like Klaviyo would be a plus.
