Job Description JumpCrew is hiring a contract Data Analyst for a minimum 6 month assignment. This role will report to our Vice President of Operations. Job Responsibilities Responsible for execution of raw data intake and input from various data sources, for both regular reporting and special company projects Partner with other stakeholders, departments, and clients to ensure quality and on-time delivery of project and reporting needs Accountable for monitoring of data integrity and taking necessary actions in case of failures Conducting root cause analysis for job failures or system generated alerts or data issues raised by data subscribers Keep data catalog up to date (metadata management) Participation in special company projects and initiatives as required Business intelligence and metrics reporting: develop, enhance, capture, and generate data and reports Data input, insights and analysis: identify, research, and analyze data that can be accurately processed; provide actionable business insights to mitigate and improve service levels; and identify issues in data that need to be fixed Develops and maintains customer information database to support analysis, and data-driven decision making techniques Liaises with IT and other data management functions as required both internally and externally Identify and recommend processes and tools for streamlining data flow and analysis Perform other tasks/projects assigned by immediate superior Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience working with data Very high attention to detail is critical Strong oral and written communication skills in English Ability to think independently and solve problems Willing to learn new technology platforms as required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, particularly with pivots, formulas, drop downs etc. Experience with Google Data Suite highly preferred Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JScript/ JavaScript a plus Experience in data visualization or reporting a plus Prefer contractor to live in the Phillipines Must be willing to work on US Central Time schedule
