I worked in a Medical Co.(al kamal Imort office co) in Saudi Arabia about 33 years up to February’2020 as a Sales coordinator cum office secretary . I was responsible to receive all kind of sales orders from Pharmacies by email with the coordination of Medical Representative. So, after that I have to get the approval from our Account’s Dept., then prepare the Invoice as per customer requirement but within the approved limit of our account department. After that I print the invoice in our Medical Warehouse for delivery. Also, type the office letters if any.
