We are a car and truck rental company. When our customers use toll roads without paying we receive a paper/mail based infringement notices. We need the information on these notices converted to an excel file. The data we need includes, name, date, toll amount, time, vehicle registration etc. We receive about 600 a week and we can provide scan files of the source documents twice a week. We would need the data extracted and converted to excel within 48 hours for processing at our end. Please advise if I can provide any further information at this stage. An example file is attached.
