We are looking for a rockstar Virtual Assistant to help with setting up sequences on Lemlist, manage incoming replies over email and LinkedIn and set appointments accordingly. Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, autonomous and detail oriented individual who doesn’t shy away from going the extra mile. If you’re good at hitting the ground running and have experience with lead generation/client facing roles we’d like to meet you. Responsibilities: – Set up Lemlist accounts – Set up campaigns on Lemlist (import leads, create sequences with the copy we will provide, set up schedule, review campaign) – Manage incoming replies on LinkedIn and Email to schedule meetings for clients Ideal candidate: – Native/Fluent English – Has experience with client facing roles – Highly detail oriented and likes to have the perfect job done – Familiar with Spreadsheets, HubSpot, Gmail, LinkedIn and Lemlist – Can work on Hong Kong / Singapore time zones
