Must overlap with United States EST timezone up to 11am. You will start 10 hours per week with the opportunity to add more hours in the future. Must be fluent in English both written and verbal. YOUR ROLE You will be responsible for supporting our Accounts team . For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Zoom and Slack. We are looking for someone that wants to create a long term relationship with our company. The high-level goal is ensuring we are able to onboard advertisers and offers with shorter turnaround time. You’re the right fit for this role if you are extremely organized, detail-oriented, and believe in open, honest communication. You must have an overlap with the Eastern US time zone up to 11am. SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Learn and thoroughly understand Launch Potato’s business models and objectives Participate and support in campaign strategy, targeting and optimizations Obtain performance metrics from clients to reconcile delivery and billing Email communication with existing clients and executing on daily requests and tasks Facilitate in the pre‐launch process by gathering relevant information from clients and working with internal teams to ensure a successful and efficient launch Internal communications with internal marketing teams on current business objectives WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Comfortable engaging with internal teams At least 1 years experience as the main point of contact for clients in performance marketing, e-commerce, affiliate or lead generation Strong English communication skills. Strong internet connection Familiarity with tracking links, server to server post backs, or iframe pixels Nice to have: Knowledge of Affiliate Networks or Performance Marketing and familiarity with tracking platforms
