Import: An import is any file (usually a form or contract) requested to be uploaded to the account. What will you be doing? Importing document files for service providers into the PocketSuite app. Complete and own the imports process from start to finish Receive documents for import from Zendesk and evaluate if we can complete the import from the pro based on criteria we’ve set Asses the import and decide which format you will need to utilize in order to complete the import Complete import within a 24-36 hour time frame Communicate with the service provider and inform them of its completion Work closely with our import team to ensure timely and accurate completion of import Are there any requirements? Proficient in Google Sheets and Google web-applications Familiarity with Zendesk Excellent written communication skills High attention to detail Maintain fast reply / resolution times and deliver amazingly helpful service that customers love Sharp analytical mind who is organized, results driven and efficient
