We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to assist with our shipping department. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. Primary Duties: -Ability to type detailed information into database program with high levels of consistency and accuracy -Evaluate datasets for consistency, completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness -Generate data reports on periodic basis for management and customers -Other responsibilities may be assigned Qualifications: Proficient in English (MUST BE FLUENT) -Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills -Excellent Attention to Detail -Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (i.e. V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc..) -Data Entry/Data Management Experience (2+ years Preferred) -Basic Computer Skills (i.e. managing computer files, finding information, navigating email and internet platforms, etc…) Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5:30PM PST Starting Salary: $4-8/hr.
