We are looking for an experienced data entry specialist to assist in gathering, maintaining both hard and soft copy data files in the company. The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for digitizing date for storage purpose. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Transfer of hardcopy data into computer files or databases. -Should be able to source, verify and compare data and documents. -Entering payroll information (wages, bonuses and commissions) and calculation of taxes and deductions. -Prepare research, letters, emails, and other correspondence. -Update, retrieve and regular backups of data. REQUIREMENTS: -Good time management. -Proficiency in database and statistical tools.
