Must work during the hours of 7am – 2pm CST As a digital asset specialist, you oversee the creation of assets and deliver them to clients or business partners, ensuring that you meet client specifications and deadlines. Your responsibilities include implementing delivery schedules for media elements and working closely with managers to oversee asset management and the distribution process. You also supervise any third-party vendors and facilitate digital asset upload and download. You may create, review, and edit assets, assign appropriate taxonomy and usage rights metadata to assets, and convert items to the client’s desired format. Other duties include various administrative tasks, training users on the digital asset management system, and providing regular project updates as needed. Requirements -Experience with digital asset management and requirements for listing products on ecommerce platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or other ecommerce sites. -Extreme attention to detail -Organized multi-tasker with the ability to handle multiple urgent projects while still hitting deadlines. -Strong technical skills including Microsoft Excel, Airtable, Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet/database software. -Ability to work independently in a high-stress, demanding work environment Software -Microsoft Excel, Airtable or Google Sheets required -Photoshop or other image resizing platform preferred -Digital Asset Management software a plus
