Do you have experience with telemarketing lead generation? Do you have experience using Batchleads or any of their products? Have you sent out SMS blast before? What does a SMS Representative do day to day? What you will be responsible for ? Day to day operations will be sending out SMS text to property owners. Owners will reply back interested or not interested. If they are interested or engaging in conversation you will use qualifying questions to see if they are truly motivated or not. If they are motivated and want to sell you will push the lead to our CRM. Our sales representative will than call the lead to see if we can come to an agreement on price. Any leads that turns into a deal you will receive a bonus for. Looking for someone who is dedicated, can handle rejection , go getter and willing to go the extra mile.
