REPORTNG REQUIRMENTS INCLUDES: Quality initiatives, Meaningful Use, Uniform Data System (UDS), Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), Primary Care Payment Reform (PCPR), grant funded programs, and supporting the organizations ongoing data collection efforts.
