Who We Are: We’re an expat-led, Germany-based "relocation as a service" start-up looking for a virtual assistant to help us with some administrative, research, and (if possible) marketing tasks. Our mission? To make getting to and settling in Germany as painless as possible: for employers and for individuals. Your tasks? They could include… — Researching German visa regulations — Researching latest Corona-related updates — Communicating with clients, government contacts, and consulates/embassies — Organizing and inputting data — Helping to develop effective process workflows — Assisting with copywriting and marketing efforts* (not mandatory, just a nice to have) To be a best fit for this project you need: — Fluent or Native-level German and English — Ability to communicate clearly — Dedication to meet project deadlines in a timely manner — Extreme attention to details — Discreetly handle sensitive data To submit a proposal for this project, please send a cover letter with an overview of your work experience and a short explanation of why this particular project sounds interesting to you.
