Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned): •Create, monitor and maintains product listings on Assigned Channels (title, description, digital assets, prices, products specs, etc.) to increase product ranking and sales. •Filling in Data Spreadsheets with Product information. •Modify Digital Assets: Resize images, add text, fill in .psd templates •Work on Printable Assets: Modify Boxes, Labels, fill in information. •Work on PDF files: Work on layout, proofread and fill in information. •Works with management and customer service department to update product listings, and ensure product data accuracy. •Acts as the key point of contact for assigned product channels. •Research Social Media Influencers based on assigned metrics •Reach out to Social Media Influencers via messaging/email •Recruiting/Following up on many Social Media Influencers daily Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: •Strong Communication is a must: Must be able to speak English Fluently. •General knowledge of e-commerce platforms and or marketplaces with a focus on Amazon, Ebay, •Experience with Graphic Design and using programs such as PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat. •Intermediate to advanced computer skills •Types at least 50 WPM. •Intermediate MS Office skills and comfort working in Excel spreadsheets. •Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability. •Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. •Social Media Account Management Hours: Full Time-Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM PST Salary: $6-10/hr.
