We have a growing Shopify eCommerce business that has been in operation for about 12 years. The company sells Storage Sheds. While I have a dedicated customer service team to deal with calls, etc., I am in search for a VA to help me with the following: 1. Check all products to ensure pricing is correct for each SKU to ensure our agreed upon margin is being met 2. Identifying and loading new products of current vendors 3. Finding additional vendors and loading those products. 4. Helping build our own storage shed line by building relationships with manufacturers 5. Maintaining overal profitability of the website I am willing to pay a base hourly wage, but the focus here is a profit split based on profitability. The key for us is profitability and as the prices for things like shipping and wood continue to flex, I need somebody constantly managing this to ensure we are profitable … and by doing so … they will be bonused based on that success.
