Sales Event Assistant/ VA who is Australia based, enthusiastic with a genuine passion for sales & customer service. The successful person will be highly-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service and possess a high level of autonomy as this role is work from home and you will need to be organised and self managed. Responsibilities: Making outbound warm calls to potential customers, and following up on client event briefs. Customer service and new and existing client liaison Pro-actively manage CRMS Communicate with management updates at the end of each day. Client email management in Research Administration Requirements: Own ABN, phone, laptop & internet. A professional phone manner and a can do positive and fun attitude. Must be Reliable & Proactive High energy, enthusiasm and motivation Be self-managed & highly organised Excellent verbal and written English skills Customer focussed with great people skills Results driven Experience in sales & outbound calls preferred. High level of customer service and a natural people person. This contract role comprises an hourly rate of $35.00 per hour ASAP start, 6-8 hours per week to begin ideally split over 2 days per week.
