Job Description A back-office position where multiple tasks are requested for the associates to execute. Calls, emails, and chat are part of the different channels of communication that the associates will be using to interface with patients belonging to different providers and managers. Responsibilities: Performs daily operations of call center activities while various background operations duties. Executes inbound and outbound customer service support, via phone, email, and/or chat. Responds to Customer inquiries within the set departmental staffing and time parameters. Follow established and documented policies and standard operating procedures, such as completing a checklist, escalation request, and documenting account records. Provide quality satisfaction and accuracy in both responses and documentation in all customer and client service inquires. Adhere to HIPAA privacy laws. Complete and accurately disposition call records for issues and capturing of accurate contact information if necessary. Maintains a positive and customer-focused attitude while assisting customers. Has constant contact and escalates all major issues to senior or assistant associate.
