Seeking UNITED STATES freelancers only! (No agencies, No Non-US, East Coast preferred) Thank you We are an Australian owned exciting mobile app startup of 20 people based in SE Asia. We’re expanding our business operations in the United States and seeking someone to join our team! As CEO you will be directly assisting me with setting up our new business relationships in the US and be my US point of contact for legal, vendors, clients and press relations. I’m seeking an executive assistant that can work full time doing the following duties: 1. Researching for products, services, marketing, PR and legal 2. Phone appointments with vendors and clients 3. Staff Recruiting – posting job ads, responding to people, pre-screening interviews 4. Social media management for our brand, help with PR 5. Staff management (to a degree) on my behalf 6. Appointment setting and calendar management 7. Miscellaneous tasks set by myself such as light data entry Ideally you will be highly self motivated! Due to my Timezone being based in SE Asia you will mostly be working autonomously during US business hours completing the tasks that have been set in advance. You will need a high degree of self motivated autonomy and problem solving. You will be experienced with online ecommerce concepts, technologies, social media, google docs, spreadsheets and so on. Some example jobs might include: – Google research for finding experts in different fields such as music licensing – Researching products or services we will require to connect into – Posting jobs to Upwork, Craigslist for people we need and conducting preliminary interviews – Directly contacting influencers on social media such as twitter we may wish to hire for jobs – Assisting with our Press Releases and other PR strategies
