Preparing for the submission of Pre-qualification & Tenders to client 5. Sending & Answering Emails 6. Arranging Flight Schedules for the VIP’s, GM & Managers 7. Making Hotel Reservation here in UAE and outside the country by directly calling the reservation agents of each hotel 8. Making booking for car rentals 9. Updating Human Networking (Business Telephone Directory) 10. Preparing Travel Itinerary & Air Ticket issuance from Travel Agency for Business Trip of managers 11. Arranging CEO delegations & VIP’s such as Car, Hotels & others 12. Gathering weekly news articles related in oil & gas 13. Filing documents 14. Visiting client office for documents & Softcopy materials issued by the client 15. Accommodating & assisting all visitors 16. Binding documents such as reports & other important documents for manager’s meeting presentation 17. Able to operate different kind of Office Machines 18. Preparing LPO (Local Purchase Order) for all vendors such as travel agency, car rentals & stationeries 19. Making payment request for all reimbursement 20. Preparing dept. monthly budget to submit to accounts dept. 21. Monitoring staff daily attendance 22. Coordinating with PRO for Visa processing 23. Answering Incoming calls & receiving fax messages
