We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual(s) to join our sales team as an Appointment Setter. Our ideal candidate is able to use their business knowledge and charm to engage potential customers and increase B2C sales through canvassing and outbound calling. The outbound calls will be from our internal marketing and lead source. The Appointment Setter’s responsibilities include ascertaining whether potential clients might be interested in our products and services, and then scheduling a time for our Sales Representatives to meet with each client virtually. All calls will be made through our dialer that was created internally for our leads and marketing. This tracks the numbers dialed, duration, time, and date. It also will automate everything and increases productivity 300%-400% through a one touch dialing system. Ultimately, an outstanding Appointment Setter will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the sales process, including ways in which to garner clients’ interest in meeting with our Sales Representatives. We are seeking someone that from the beginning will set 25 Solid Qualified appointments a week part-time 10-15 hours a week.( our warm response leads and marketing) Based on your results, this can be an ongoing assignment with potential increase in weekly hours and bonuses. Appointment Setter Responsibilities: • Familiarizing yourself with our scripting and contact metrics. • Calling prospective clients using the leads provided to you. • Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise. • Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative. • Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered. • Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact. Appointment Setter Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar will be advantageous. Experience in the Financial Services and Insurance Industry is a plus. • Computer literate. You must have a newer laptop or desktop properly equipped. You must have solid and reliable internet access. • Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail. • Excellent phone etiquette. • Professional and courteous disposition. • Persuasive and results-oriented. • Available to work evenings and weekends. This is a results-based position that gives you the exciting opportunity to control your own level of success. T Compensation: $15-$25 per hour 10-15 hour weekly Quality/Show Up Bonus- $10.00 bonus on top of each qualified appointment that show up. New Business Bonus- $40 bonus per approved client application.
