Looking for an experienced customer service representative to handle email support and possibly phone and chat support in the future. Candidate needs to have extensive experience responding to emails and MUST have strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidates MUST be self-driven, self-motivated and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have the below qualifications: – Self-driven/motivated. Autonomous and pro-active. – Experience handling customer complaints, questions and escalations – Experience handling returns and exchanges – Experience using ZenDesk or similar platform – Intelligent, hard working and strong attention to detail – Proactive in anticipating customer issues and mitigating concerns Last but not least, a positive and courteous attitude!
