We are looking for a Marketing & Admin Assistant to assist our campaign implementation team with executing the marketing campaigns of our clients. We are a growing digital agency from Melbourne, Australia. We’re small, but super ambitious and love to have fun while we generate amazing results for our clients! This is an amazing opportunity for the successful applicant to join our team as one of the first hires, and hopefully become a full time, long term member of our team. We are looking for someone who: – Has a working knowledge of popular platforms such as G Suite, Mailchimp / ActiveCampaign, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, WordPress, etc. You don’t have to know them all, but need to be able to learn quickly for the ones you don’t know – Has excellent communication skills – Is super responsive – Takes initiative and can work autonomously – Has very strong attention to detail Some of the weekly tasks the successful applicant will perform: – Sales and marketing admin through G Suite – Putting captions on videos – Posting blogs on WordPress – Publishing videos on YouTube – Scheduling content on Facebook and Instagram – Publishing emails from Mailchimp and Active Campaign – Weekly client reporting (data entry) through G Suite – Organising files and folders – Uploading customer data into Facebook and Mailchimp – Organising tags on Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign If you think you’d be a good fit for this role, send through your application and we’ll arrange to have a chat!
